The objective of the Alliance is to study, investigate, advocate for and promote regional issues affecting the towns in the Western Union County area, including, land use planning, transportation concerns, economic development, and other issues that affect the quality of life of our citizens.

UNION COUNTY 2050 PLAN
The plan, called Union County 2050, will provide guidance to County leadership and staff on addressing growth, public health, safety, environment, infrastructure, and economic development through 2050.
These committees focused on the following topics:
- expansion of broadband
- standards for cluster development in areas with water and sewer
- litter reduction
- open space in rural areas
- school siting
- stormwater
